Sound familiar?

We have heard this from every local businesse we worked with.

  • "We just have a Facebook page" is not a web presence, and it cannot be cited.
  • Local search is shifting to AI answers, and unstructured sites simply vanish from them.
  • A missed call is a lost job, and nothing follows up automatically.
  • The last agency quote was several thousand for a template build you would still have to maintain.

James Cook Media built 300+ client websites and funnels before building this product. The pattern above is why it exists. Read the story.

What actually matters here

The four things that move the needle for you.

Every platform lists fifty features. These are the ones that decide whether this works for a local businesse.

How you get there

Five approvals, then it is live.

You are never handed a finished thing you did not agree to. You see the style, the structure, and the layout first.

Walk through each step
  1. 01

    Describe it

One honest paragraph about the business, the people you serve, and what you want the site to do.

  2. 02

    Approve the look

Type, colour, and voice proposed from your brand. Nudge anything that feels wrong.

  3. 03

    Check the sitemap

See the pages it plans and why each exists — before any words are written.

  4. 04

    Approve wireframes

Section-by-section layout. This is where you catch the thing you forgot.

  5. 05

    Go live

Hosting, SSL, your domain, and AI-visibility defaults are handled.

Local Businesses: the questions we get asked

Will this help me show up in Google’s AI Overviews?
It gives you the technical foundation those systems need: structured data, clean markup, fast pages, and an llms.txt file. Nobody can guarantee placement in any AI answer, and you should distrust anyone who does.
Do I still need a Google Business Profile?
Yes, absolutely. Your website and your Business Profile do different jobs, and keeping your name, address, and phone identical across both matters.
Can I have a page for each town I cover?
Yes, provided each page genuinely answers something specific to that area. Mass-produced near-identical pages are a spam pattern that hurts you.
What if I do not have photos of my work?
Start with what you have — even phone photos of finished jobs beat stock imagery for trust. You can improve them later without rebuilding.
Who updates it when my prices or hours change?
You do, by telling the assistant. That is a two-minute job, not a call to a web developer.
