Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms govern your use of StoryPages, a product of James Cook Media. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Plans differ by the number of sites, pages per site, and CRM contacts, plus a monthly story-credit allowance. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice; changes do not apply mid-term to an existing paid period.

Story credits and fair use

Story credits meter AI generation. Each plan includes a monthly allowance that resets each billing period and does not roll over indefinitely. Automated or bulk use designed to exhaust credits for resale, or to circumvent plan limits, is not permitted.

Your content

You own the content you provide and the content generated for your sites, and you own your domain. You grant us the licence necessary to host, process, and display it in order to operate the service. You can export your contact data at any time.

Contacts you collect

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and email the contacts captured through your sites, and for honouring unsubscribe requests. You must not use the platform to send unsolicited bulk email.

Acceptable use

You may not use StoryPages to:

  • publish unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content;
  • impersonate a person or organisation;
  • run phishing, malware, or fraudulent payment collection;
  • attempt to breach the security or isolation of the platform;
  • resell the platform as your own product without agreement.

Availability

We work to keep the service available and published sites served reliably, but the service is provided without a formal uptime warranty at this stage. We will tell you plainly when something is wrong.

Roadmap statements

Features described as "coming" or on the roadmap are statements of intent, not commitments, and should not be relied on when purchasing.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. Export what you need before your data is removed.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
